1. Керуючись частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VIІ «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а також керуючись п.18.4. Договору № 28НА від 24.04.2020, Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме — до 31.03.2021, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі.
