Note:
1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до п.1.2. Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції:
«1.2. Найменування - електрична енергія (далі Товар), одиниці вимірювання Товару визначаються умовами Договору та становить: 18379 кВт.год, у тому числі 1 клас напруги – 1000 кВт.год, 2 клас напруги – 17379 кВт.год.
2. Сторони домовились внести зміни до Додатку №3 до Договору «Комерційна пропозиція (ПУП –бюджет)», а саме до пункту «Ціни (тарифи) на універсальні послуги» і викласти його в наступній редакції:
«Ціни (тарифи) на універсальні послуги: Постачання електричної енергії здійснюється за тарифами (цінами), які розраховані відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 05.10.2018 року № 1177 зі змінами та доповненнями згідно Постанови НКРЕКП від 27.06.2019 року № 1244 та у зв’язку з прийняттям Постанови НКРЕКП від 30.10.2020 року № 1968 «Про затвердження Змін до Порядку формування цін на універсальні послуги» та враховуючи постанову НКРЕКП від 04.11.2020 №1998 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 10.12.2019 № 2668» (щодо перегляду тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ "НЕК"УКРЕНЕРГО" ) складають на грудень.2020 року для 1-го класу 2,01807 грн/кВт.год (без ПДВ); для 2-го класу 2,50528 грн/кВт.год (без ПДВ)».
