Note:
1. Дію Договору № 24-41-50-1076 від 19.05.2016 р. продовжити до 31 березня 2017 р. включно. У зв’язку з цим внести зміни у пункти 5.1 і 11.1, виклавши їх у новій редакції:
«5.1. Строк надання Послуг: з 1 квітня 2016 р. (відповідно до частини третьої статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України) до 31.03.2017 р.»;
«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня його підписання Сторонами і діє до 31 березня 2017 р., але в будь-якому разі до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за Договором».

Загальна вартість послуг, зазначених у п. 1 цього Додаткового договору, становить 29 480,29 грн. (двадцять дев’ять тисяч чотириста вісімдесят грн. 29 коп. ), у тому числі ПДВ - 4 913,38 грн. (чотири тисячі дев’ятсот тринадцять грн. 38 коп. ), що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в Договорі № 24-41-50-1076 від 19.05.2016 р., з урахуванням ПДВ.
