Description:

Джерело фінансування - кошти підприємства. Часткова попередня оплата (Аванс) у розмірі не більше двадцяти відсотків від ціни Договору сплачується ПОКУПЦЕМ протягом 25 (двадцяти п’яти) банківських днів з дати надання ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ рахунку. ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК зобов’язаний надати рахунок протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після набрання Договором чинності. У разі ненадання ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ рахунку протягом 7 (семи) банківських днів після набрання Договором чинності для здійснення ПОКУПЦЕМ попередньої оплати (Авансу) у визначений в Договорі строк, визнається що ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИК відмовився від порядку розрахунків на умовах попередньої оплати. У такому разі, відповідні положення цього Договору щодо сплати попередньої оплати не застосовуються до взаємовідносин між Сторонами, а розрахунки за Договором здійснюються на умовах після оплати з відстрочкою платежу до 25 банківських днів.

Description:

Остаточна оплата здійснюється ПОКУПЦЕМ протягом 60 (шістдесяти) банківських днів з дати підписання ним Акту приймання-передачі Товару (далі – Акт) та за наданим ПОСТАЧАЛЬНИКОМ (після підписання ПОКУПЦЕМ Акту) рахунком, а також з урахуванням, що така оплата здійснюється після реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних відповідно до вимог статті 201 Податкового кодексу України.
