Замовник протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після фактичної поставки Товару, підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-передачі Товару та видаткової накладної на поставлений Товар перераховує на поточний рахунок Постачальника 100% ціни фактично поставленого Товару. В разі, якщо на момент оплати не затверджено (не погоджено) фінансовий план ДП МА «Бориспіль» на рік, в якому здійснюється фінансування, тоді оплата здійснюється протягом 10 робочих днів після офіційного опублікування інформації про затвердження фінансового плану ДП МА «Бориспіль» на рік, в якому здійснюється фінансування, за умови підписання документів, що підтверджують факт поставки Товару.
