Description:

Оплата за надані Виконавцем послуги згідно цього Договору здійснюється Замовником шляхом безготівкового перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Виконавця, зазначений в розділі 14 цього Договору, протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Акту наданих послуг, але не раніше реєстрації податкової накладної (Умова зазначається, якщо Виконавець є платником ПДВ та операція не звільнена від оподаткування ПДВ згідно вимог ПКУ), на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури. Оплата за надані послуги по цьому Договору проводиться Замовником при наявності податкової накладної, оформленої та зареєстрованої відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства України в Єдиному державному реєстрі податкових накладних.
