Обсяг надання послуг: послуги з технічної підтримки програмного забезпечення IBM відповідно до додатку 1 до тендерної документації “Опис послуг”. Місце надання послуг: вул. Інститутська, 9, м. Київ, 01601; просп. Науки, 7, м. Київ, 03028. Строк надання … послуг: активація технічної підтримки протягом 10 календарних днів з дати підписання Договору уповноваженими особами обох Сторін. Технічна підтримка надається Замовнику протягом 2020 року.

Amount of services provided: services of IBM software technical support in accordance with Annex 1 to the bidding documents “Description of services”. Place for provision of services: 9, Instytutska St., Kyiv, 01601; 7, Nauky Ave., Kyiv, 03028. Term for provision of services: activation of the technical support shall not exceed 10 calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement by authorized representatives of both parties. Technical support is provided to the Bidding advertiser during 2020.
