Розрахунки за Договором здійснюються після виконання робіт, платежами за виконані роботи по об’єкту у цілому, в безготівковій формі, в національній валюті, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника згідно акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форми КБ-2в) та довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма КБ-3). Акти приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форми КБ-2в) мають бути погоджені (підпис та печатка) спеціалістом з технічного нагляду/організацією, що здійснює технічний нагляд. Спеціаліст з технічного нагляду/організація, що здійснює технічний нагляд, визначається Замовником. Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснються на підставі п. 1 ст. 23 та ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України, протягом 20 днів після отримання Замовником виконаних робіт. Кошти місцевого бюджету.
