Оплата Товару проводиться протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару Покупцем на підставі підписаних видаткових накладних шляхом безготівкового переказу грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника за умови наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення в межах обсягів фактичних надходжень.
У разі затримання бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за надані товари здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного призначення закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.

За результатами перевірки документів тендерної пропозиції ТОВ "ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ДЛЯ БІЗНЕСУ" (код ЄДРПОУ – 19331194) встановлено:
1) Учасник не надав декларацію, або єдину декларацію у формі досьє - про відповідність запропонованого системного блоку HP ProDesk 600 G5 DM вимогам Технічних регламентів: - з електромагнітної сумісності обладнання (у відповідності до постанови КМУ від 16.12.2015 р. №1077); - низьковольтного електричного обладнання (у відповідності до постанови КМУ від 16.12.2015 р. №1067).
2) Гарантійний термін (строк) експлуатації монітору «Монітор TFT 23.8" AOC 24E1Q», який запропонований учасником, не відповідає вимогам, які встановлені у тендерній документації. В авторизаційному листі від виробника монітора ТМ АОС зазначено наявність «стандартних гарантійних зобов’язань». На сайті виробника стандартні зобов’язання дорівнюють 3 роки (посилання на сайт виробника: https://eu.aoc.com/en/warranty-information). Крім того Учасник не надав посилання на сайт виробника, де визначена можливість контролю строків гарантії монітора ТМ AOC по серійному номеру.
3) Учасник не надав інформації про наявність сервісних центрів виробника монітора ТМ АОС у м. Харкові.

Не відповідає вимогам тендерної документації.
За результатами перевірки документів тендерної пропозиції ТОВ "АЛТАЮР" (код ЄДРПОУ – 37210479) встановлено:
1) Учасник надав «Витяг з єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб та фізичних осіб-підприємців» у форматі RTF, що не відповідає вимогам пункту 1 розділу ІІІ тендерної документації;
2) У авторизаційному листі відсутня інформація щодо номера оголошення в електронній системі закупівель ProZorro, у якій ТОВ "АЛТАЮР" гарантує свої зобов’язання. Крім того Учасник надав інформацію, що він є виробником «Комплектів базових персональних комп’ютерів ТМ АLLTA» , а саме «Комплект 1»,… «Комплект 10», а для участі у процедурі публічних закупівель в подальшому пропонується продукція «Персональний комп’ютер ALLTA-X-03 у складі: системний блок ALLTA-X-03, монітор ALLTA-X-03, клавіатура ALLTA-X-03, маніпулятор «миша» ALLTA-X-03, операційна система Windows 10 Pro 64-bit». Запропонована модель комп’ютера, системного блоку та монітора відсутня в наданих сертифікатах.
3) Декларації про відповідність видана на «Комплекти базові персональних Комп’ютерів ТМ АLLTA», а саме «Комплект 1»,… «Комплект 10», а для участі у процедурі публічних закупівель пропонується продукція «Персональний комп’ютер ALLTA-X-03 у складі: системний блок ALLTA-X-03, монітор ALLTA-X-03». На монітор ALLTA-X-03 декларація не надана.
4) Позитивний висновок державної санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи щодо відповідності персональних комп’ютерів виданий на «Комплекти базові персональних комп’ютерів ТМ АLLTA», а саме: «Комплект 1»,… «Комплект 10», а для участі у процедурі публічних закупівель пропонується продукція «Персональний комп’ютер ALLTA-X-03 у складі: системний блок ALLTA-X-03, монітор ALLTA-X-03». На монітор ALLTA-X-03 Позитивний висновок не надан.
5) В Інформації про технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмету закупівлі вказані марка, модель (тип) складових персонального комп’ютера, але не вказані марка, модель (тип) складових системного блоку, що пропонуються учасником, як того вимагає п. 1 Загальних вимог Додатку 2 до тендерної документації. Це унеможливлює перевірку відповідності вказаних Учасником технічних та якісних характеристик.
