Description:

Розрахунки проводяться Замовником Виконавцю після підписання Сторонами «Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма №КБ-3), складених у відповідності з положенням чинних ДСТУ та СОУ, які складаються Виконавцем і подаються для підписання Замовнику не пізніше як за 3 робочих днів до кінця звітного місяця, або поетапної оплати Замовником наданих послуг. Замовник може здійснювати проміжні платежі за надані послуги. Попередня оплата може здійснюватись у межах 30% від вартості річного обсягу робіт в межах ліміту, відповідно до Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 р. №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» терміном не більше трьох місяців відповідно до належним чином оформленого рішення Укравтодору та лише щодо послуг, надання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду.
