НеможливІстЬ усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, що проявилися в наступному (ч. 17, п.2, ст. 14 Закону,): допорогова закупівля не завершена до 19.04.2020 року – терміну введення в дію положень оновленого Закону, а завершити її неможливо в зв‘язку із - відсутністю самого поняття «допорогових» закупівель в оновленому Законі; - неможливістю прийняття рішення про завершення закупівлі тендерним комітетом, повноваження якого, відповідно до оновленого Закону, є недійсними
