Замовник при наявності бюджетних коштів на розрахунковому рахунку, протягом 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів перераховує Підряднику/Генпідряднику аванс на придбання матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів у розмірі не більше 30% вартості фактичного фінансування, керуючись постановою Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва» від 27.12.2001 №1764.
