Description:

Розрахунки за поставлений Товар здійснюються шляхом поетапної оплати на підставі п.1 ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Товару закладом охорони здоров’я Дніпропетровської області, а у разі відсутності коштів на рахунках Замовника – з моменту їх надходження. Здійснення попередньої оплати не передбачається. Як виняток попередня оплата може бути застосована по спеціальному клопотанню Постачальника у випадках, передбачених діючим законодавством при наявності погодження з головним розпорядником коштів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Розрахунки проводяться шляхом поетапної оплати Замовником поставленого Товару на підставі п.1 ст.49 Бюджетного кодексу України на умовах відстрочки платежу до 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Товару, а у разі відсутності коштів на рахунках Замовника – з моменту їх надходження.
