Відповідно до ч. 5 Розділу X Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (в редакції Закону № 114-IX від 19.09.2019) (далі - Закон) процедури закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг, розпочаті до введення в дію цього Закону, завершуються відповідно до порядку, що діяв до введення в дію цього Закону. Спрощені/допорогові закупівлі в розумінні Закону не є "процедурами закупівель". Закупівля планується до повторного оголошення відповідно до вимог і норм Закону.
