В зв’язку з введенням в дію 19.04.2020 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII в редакції Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та деяких інших законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення публічних закупівель» від 19.09.2019р. №114-IX (далі – Закон), враховуючи частину 10 статті 3 та частини 5,6 прикінцевих та перехідних положень розділу X вищезазначеного Закону, у Замовника відсутнє право продовжувати допорогову закупівлю розпочату за порядком, що діяв до введення в дію цього Закону.
