Розрахунки проводяться шляхом поетапної оплати Замовником по факту виконаних робіт, при умові надходження коштів з джерел фінансування на даний Об’єкт на умовах відстрочки платежу на термін до 20 (двадцяти) банківських днів з моменту отримання коштів на розрахунковий рахунок від головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок здійснюються протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Замовник не несе відповідальність за несвоєчасну оплату, якщо це спричинено затримкою бюджетного фінансування.
