Враховуючи, що рішення органу оскарження № 11071-р/пк-пз від 04.06.2020 року оскаржене Замовником до суду в порядку ст. 18 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", проведення кваліфікації учасників згідно положень тендерної документації, які є предметом скарги та розгляду в суді спричиняє порушення Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", що позначається на законності процедури закупівлі. Замовник після вирішення судового спору оголосить повторну закупівлю з врахуванням рішення суду.
