Explanation

Відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі сервера з цими технічними характеристиками (у зв’язку з переходом навчального процесу повністю на дистанційну форму навчання, навантаження на апаратну частину Обслуговування системи дистанційного навчання ( у тому числі на сервер) зросло. Тому, у Замовника виникла необхідність у закупівлі сервера з іншими технічними характеристиками. Оскільки змінити технічні характеристики не можливо, виникає необхідність відмінити дану закупівлю.
