Explanation

Під час детального розгляду процедури закупівлі дидактичних матеріалів (мікроскопів) для закладів загальної середньої освіти Московського району м. Харкова на 2020 рік за процедурою відкритих торгів (Код ДК 021:2015: 22470000-5 — Посібники), (№ закупівлі UA-2020-06-12-009819-c) було виявлено порушення в частині порядку визначення предмета закупівлі. Так, товар «мікроскопи», відповідно до ДК 2015, відноситься до коду 38510000-3. Враховуючи цю обставину, тендерним комітетом було прийнято рішення відповідно до ч. 2 п. 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (редакція Закону України від 19.09.2019 № 114-IX) відмінити торги на закупівлю дидактичних матеріалів (мікроскопів) для закладів загальної середньої освіти Московського району м. Харкова на 2020 рік за процедурою відкритих торгів (Код ДК 021:2015: 22470000-5 — Посібники), (№ закупівлі UA-2020-06-12-009819-c).
