При розгляді тендерним комітетом ДП «Медзакупівлі України» тендерної пропозиції компанії «D.D. Сандоз Фармасьютікалз» встановлено, що вона не відповідає вимогам тендерної документації. Так згідно з пунктом 3 розділу ІІ Додатка 2 до тендерної документації, документи, зазначені в п.п. 7.2-7.5, 8.1, 9.1, надаються учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції засвідчені підписом та печаткою (за наявності) Заявника/Виробника такого лікарського засобу або уповноваженого ним(-и) представника. На виконання п.п. 9.1 п. 9 розділу І додатка 2 до тендерної документації учасником надано висновок щодо підтвердження відповідності умов виробництва лікарських засобів вимогам належної виробничої практики № 257/2020/с-531 від 17.06.2020. Даний документ не засвідчений підписом та печаткою (за наявності) Заявника/Виробника такого лікарського засобу або уповноваженого ним(-и) представника. Таким чином, тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам тендерної документації в цій частині. Враховуючи викладене, відповідно до пункту 1 частини першої статті 31 Закону, Замовник відхиляє тендерну пропозицію із зазначенням аргументації в електронній системі закупівель у разі, зокрема, якщо тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам щодо предмета закупівлі тендерної документації (абзац другий пункту 2 частини першої статті 31 Закону).
