Згідно з пунктом 3 Розділу ІІ Додатка 2 до тендерної документації, документи, зазначені в п.п. 7.2 - 7.5, 8.1, 9.1, надаються учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції засвідчені підписом та печаткою (за наявності) Заявника/Виробника такого лікарського засобу або уповноваженого ним(-и) представника. Отже, копія чинного сертифіката відповідності умов виробництва лікарських засобів вимогам належної виробничої практики на виробничий(-і) майданчик(-и), де виготовляються (будуть виготовлені) відповідні серії продукції, яка постачається (буде постачатися) в Україну, викладеного мовою оригіналу (мовою, відмінною від державної) та його переклад на державну (українську) мову, або копія чинного документа, виданого Державною службою України з лікарських засобів та контролю за наркотиками, що підтверджує відповідність умов виробництва запропонованих лікарських засобів вимогам до виробництва лікарських засобів в Україні (пункт 9.1) повинні, згідно з умовами тендерної документації, бути засвідчені підписом та печаткою (за наявності) Заявника/Виробника такого лікарського засобу або уповноваженого ним(-и) представника. У складі тендерної пропозиції компанії «D.D. Сандоз Фармасьютікалз» надано копію Висновку щодо підтвердження відповідності умов виробництва лікарських засобів вимогам належної виробничої практики, виданого Державною службою України з лікарських засобів та контролю за наркотиками № 183/2019/с-603 від 26.04.2019, яка незасвідчена підписом та печаткою (за наявності) Заявника/Виробника запропонованого лікарського засобу або уповноваженого ним(-и) представника.
