Договору, за умов відсутності будь-яких зауважень до продукції з боку ЗАМОВНИКА. ЗАМОВНИКОМ може проводитись попередня оплата з урахуванням положень бюджетного законодавства та нормативно-правових актів, що регулюють питання здійснення попередньої оплати.
