Попередня оплата може здійснюватись у межах 30% від вартості робіт відповідно до постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 № 1070 “Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти” терміном не більше трьох календарних місяців та лише щодо робіт, виконання яких здійснюється протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Аванс використовується на придбання і постачання необхідних матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів за капітальними випадками.

Description:
Розрахунки проводяться Замовником виключно Підряднику після підписання Сторонами «Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма №КБ-3), складених у відповідності з положенням чинних ДСТУ та СОУ, які складаються Підрядником і подаються для підписання Замовнику не пізніше як за 5 робочих днів до кінця звітного місяця, або поетапної оплати Замовником виконаних робіт. Замовник може здійснювати проміжні платежі за виконані роботи. Представник Замовника на протязі п’яти робочих днів відповідно до погодженого Сторонами графіку здачі виконаних обсягів робіт перевіряє їх виконання згідно представленого акту і підписує його в частині фактично виконаних робіт, в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань.
