Description:

Оплата товару здійснюється наступним чином: якщо учасник є резидентом – оплата товару проводиться Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів протягом 90 робочих днів з моменту підписання сторонами акту приймання-передачі товару. якщо учасник не є резидентом – оплата товару проводиться Замовником шляхом перерахування коштів протягом 90 робочих днів з моменту поставки, за умови належним чином оформленої митної декларації та позитивних результатів проведення вхідного контролю, що підтверджується відповідними актами та ярликом на придатну продукцію. Учасник в своїй пропозиції може передбачити акредитивну форму розрахунків. У разі, якщо учасник у своїй пропозиції передбачив акредитивну форму розрахунків, оплата за Договором здійснюється наступним чином: - для резидентів – 100% розрахунок шляхом відкриття документарного покритого безвідкличного непідтвердженого акредитиву з депонуванням коштів в ПАТ «Державний експортно-імпортний банк України» у розмірі 100% вартості продукції що поставляється, протягом 15 робочих днів після надання Постачальником повідомлення про готовність щодо відвантаження продукції із зазначенням місця, останньої дати відвантаження та інформацією про виконуючий (авізуючий) банк по акредитиву. - для нерезидентів – 100% розрахунок в еквіваленті у валюті пропозиції на дату укладення договору по курсу НБУ, шляхом відкриття документарного покритого безвідкличного непідтвердженого акредитиву з депонуванням коштів в ПАТ «Державний експортно-імпортний банк України» у розмірі 100% вартості продукції що поставляється, протягом 15 робочих днів після надання Постачальником повідомлення про готовність щодо відвантаження продукції із зазначенням місця, останньої дати відвантаження та інформацією про виконуючий (авізуючий) банк по акредитиву. Форма акредитиву має відповідати вимогам Уніфікованих правил та звичаїв для документарних акредитивів – UCP 600. Порядок відкриття акредитиву та умови розрахунків викладені у п. 4.2 Додатку 4 до ТД «Проект договору»
