Відповідно до ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону Замовник відміняє спрощену закупівлю в разі: 1) відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг; 2) неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель; 3) скорочення видатків на здійснення закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг. Спрощена закупівля може бути відмінена частково (за лотом). У зв’язку із існуючою тенденцією до підвищенням кількості інфікованих вірусом COVID-19 в м. Івано-Франківську та введенням протиепідеміологічних обмежувальних заходів різних рівнів в країнах-партнерах проєкту «Транскордонна зелена транспортна мережа» (CGTN) програми транскордонного співробітництва Угорщина-Словаччина-Румунія-Україна 2014-2020 захід під назвою «Міжнародне раллі» сказовується. Оскільки виготовлення промопродукції, закупівля на яку було оголошено раніше, було націлено саме на учасників заходу «Міжнародне раллі» існує необхідність у відміні даної закупівлі. А саме згідно ч.17 ст.14 Закону: відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
