Description:

• надання попередньої оплати, згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 року №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», «Положення щодо здійснення попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти у 2020 році відділом капітального будівництва Миргородської міської ради», затвердженого наказом відділу капітального будівництва Миргородської міської ради від 15 січня 2020 р. №8, в розмірі 30% від суми виділеного фінансування з міського бюджету на поточний фінансовий рік. Підрядник зобов’язується підтвердити актом виконаних робіт суму попередньої оплати на протязі трьох календарних місяців, але в будь-якому випадку не пізніше 31.12.2020 року. Після закінчення зазначеного терміну невикористана сума попередньої оплати повертається на розрахунковий рахунок Замовника. В подальшому роботи виконуються за рахунок оборотних коштів Підрядника.
