Description:

Замовник, на підставі рахунку та підписаного сторонами Акту приймання-передачі наданих послуг, сплачує Виконавцю вартість наданих послуг до двадцятого числа першого наступного місяця за місяцем у якому були надані послуги. Оплата здійснюється шляхом перерахування грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Замовника на розрахунковий рахунок Виконавця. У разі відсутності згоди Замовника щодо розміру суми, яка підлягає оплаті за надані послуги, Замовник зобов’язаний протягом п’яти робочих днів надати Виконавцю письмово обґрунтовані та мотивовані зауваження, і сторони вирішують розбіжності шляхом переговорів за місцем розташування Замовника (м. Полтава, вул. Стрітенська, 58А).
