Відмінити тендер 6100-20-ВТ на закупівлю 30120000-6 (картриджі, тонери) в кількості 8 шт. на підставі пункту 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIІІ (неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель, з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути, а саме: в тендерній пропозиції товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ ДРУКУ» у день закінчення строку подання пропозицій було розкрито тендерну (цінову) пропозицію із зазначенням інформації про ціну, чим порушено вимоги абзацу 3 частини 1 статті 28 та пункту 1 частини 1 статті 5 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIІІ)

Оплата за поставлену якісну продукцію здійснюється Замовником, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 45 календарних днів з дати оформлення ярлика на придатну продукцію згідно СОУ НАЕК 038:2017 «Управління закупівлями продукції. Організація вхідного контролю продукції для АЕС», за умови реєстрації Постачальником податкової накладної у ЄРПН (для резидентів). Початок перебігу строку оплати починається з дня, наступного за днем оформлення ярлика на придатну продукцію. Джерело фінансування закупівлі: кошти підприємства.
