Description:

Щомісячні розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються на підставі Актів приймання виконаних робіт зі здійснення технічного нагляду (Додаток 4 Акт приймання виконаних робіт зі здійснення технічного нагляду) та обсягів виконаних будівельних робіт протягом 30 календарних днів з дати їх підписання у разі надходження відповідних коштів на реєстраційний рахунок Замовника. Вартість робіт за цим Договором може уточнюватись в залежності від вартості фактично виконаних робіт Підрядником та пропорційно підписаним актам виконаних Підрядних робіт на Об’єкті за формою КБ-2в, бути змінена за результатами обсягу фактично виконаних робіт та/або за взаємною згодою Сторін.
