Documents or their copies (provided by the requirements of the bidding documents and annexes hereto), submitted by the Bidder as a part of the competitive bid, set forth in the other languages, must be submitted together with their authentic translation into the Ukrainian language. Translation must be signed or certified by the person, authorized to sign the competitive bid and may be certified by the stamp of the Bidder, if used. Enterprise/institution/organization letterheads and stamps in the drawings etc. are allowed without translation.

Замовник після підписання Сторонами Акта наданих послуг, протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної, перераховує на поточний рахунок Виконавця 100% вартості фактично наданих Послуг на підставі наданого Виконавцем рахунку-фактури (термін оплати рахується з дати реєстрації податкової накладної для платників ПДВ; для неплатників ПДВ термін оплати рахується з дати підписання Сторонами Акта наданих послуг). After signing the Act of services provided by the Parties within 45 (forty five) banking days, the Customer transfers to the current account of the Contractor 100% of the value of services actually provided on the basis of the invoice provided by the Contractor (payment term is counted from the date of signing the Act of Services).
