Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: Тендерна пропозиція та усі документи, які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї складаються українською мовою. Документи або копії документів (які передбачені вимогами тендерної документації та додатками до неї), які надаються Учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції, викладені іншими мовами, повинні надаватися разом із їх автентичним перекладом на українську мову. Documents or their copies (provided by the requirements of the bidding documents and annexes hereto), submitted by the Bidder as a part of the competitive bid, set forth in the other languages, must be submitted together with their authentic translation into the Ukrainian language. Translation must be signed or certified by the person, authorized to sign the competitive bid and may be certified by the stamp of the Bidder, if … used. У зв`язку з тим, виникла потреба у закупівлі товару, що має інші технічні характеристики, ніж були зазначені в тендерній документації, про що стало відомо під час проведення тендеру № UA-2020-09-09-000310-a, виникла необхідність змінити/коригувати технічні вимоги та кваліфікаційні критерії у технічному завданні тендерної документації на закупівлю Шини автомобільні (ДК 021:2015: 34350000-5 — Шини для транспортних засобів великої та малої тоннажності). Таким чином, відсутня подальша потреба в закупівлі товару саме з цими технічними характеристиками, передбаченими в оприлюдненій тендерній документації за № UA-2020-09-09-000310-a.
