Description:

Розрахунки за фактично виконані роботи проводяться щомісяця, згідно підписаних актів виконаних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та довідок про вартість виконаних робіт (форма КБ-3) між Замовником та Підрядником. Платежі за фактично виконані роботи Замовник проводить протягом 10-ти календарних днів з дня підписання Сторонами актів виконаних робіт (КБ-2в, КБ-3) при наявності фінансування з міського бюджету. Категорія замовника – орган державної влади та орган місцевого самоврядування, зазначені у пункті 1 частини першої статті 2 Закону «Про публічні закупівлі». Вид закупівлі: спрощена закупівля – для замовників, визначених у пунктах1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) не перевищує ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт – 1,5 мільйона гривень. Єдиним критерієм оцінки пропозицій на дану закупівлю є ціна. Питома вага критерію оцінки (ціна) – 100%. В разі якщо Учасник є платником ПДВ відповідно до законодавства, такий Учасник обов’язково зазначає ціну з урахування ПДВ. Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі — відповідно до Додатку 1 до оголошення. Назва товару чи послуги кожної номенклатурної позиції предмета закупівлі та код товару чи послуги, визначеного згідно з Єдиним закупівельним словником: Капітальний ремонт покрівлі житлового будинку по вул.
