Оцінка пропозицій проводиться автоматично електронною системою закупівель на основі критеріїв і методики оцінки, зазначених замовником у оголошенні про проведення спрощеної закупівлі, шляхом застосування електронного аукціону. Єдиним критерієм оцінки … пропозицій є ціна (питома вага цінового критерію – 100%. Найбільш економічною вигідною пропозицією буде вважатися пропозиція з найнижчою ціною з урахуванням усіх податків та зборів (в тому числі податку на додану вартість (ПДВ), у разі якщо учасник є платником ПДВ або без ПДВ-у разі, якщо Учасник не є платником ПДВ, або на предмет закупівлі ПДВ не нараховується).
