Замовник проводить оплату отриманих від Виконавця послуг на підставі оформлених двосторонніх «Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» примірної форми КБ-2в та «Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат» примірної форми КБ-3. Термін оплати - впродовж 45 календарних днів після підписання та скріплення печаткою (за наявності) вищевказаних актів за умови реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної у Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних (ЄРПН).
