Description:

Оплата за виконані Роботи та поставлені Матеріали здійснюється Замовником на підставі підписаного обома сторонами Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт форми КБ-2в (згідно ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013), (надалі – Акт), Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати форми КБ-3 (згідно ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013) (далі - Довідка), рахунку-фактури, який надається Замовнику Підрядником одночасно з Актом та за умови реєстрації Підрядником в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних належним чином оформленої податкової накладної. Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються Замовником в національній валюті України шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Акту за умови реєстрації Підрядником в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних належним чином оформленої податкової накладної до дати платежу.
