30.11.2020 р. від ініціатора закупівлі отримано службову записку № 422-11/30/2 про те, що у зв’язку зі зміною порядку здійснення закупівель послуг, необхідних для здійснення заходів спрямованих на запобігання виникненню та поширенню, локалізацію та ліквідацію спалахів, епідемій та пандемій коронавірусної хвороби (COVID-19) на території України необхідно відмінити процедуру закупівлі керуючись п. 1 ч. 1 ст. 32 Закону через відсутність подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг.
