Згущене молоко

Молоко згущене виготовлене з цільного коров’ячого молока з додаванням цукру, не менше 8,5% жирності, без рослинних домішок, у непошкодженій тарі з вказівкою строку придатності (без здуття), герметично закупорені. На упаковці (тарі) обов’язково повинно … бути вказано склад продукту, дата виготовлення, термінпридатності, умовизберігання, дані про виробника. Ці дані повинні бути відображені в документах, які підтверджують якість товару. Молоко згущене повинно відповідатиумовам ДСТУ 4274:2003 «Консерви молочні. Молоко незбиранезгущене з цукром».Фасування молока згущеного: жерстяна банка не більше 400 гр.
