(далі – Закон) строк розгляду тендерної пропозиції, що за результатами оцінки визначена найбільш економічно вигідною, не повинен перевищувати п’яти робочих днів з дня визначення найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції. В результаті великого навантаження на тендерний комітет в кінці 2020 року, тендерний комітет не встиг вчасно розглянути пропозицію учасника, яка була визначена найбільш економічно вигідною.
