Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1.Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2.Орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись вимог і обмежень укладеного охоронного договору на об’єкт культурної спадщини, змін до нього, так як об’єкт, є пам’яткою архітектури та містобудування та виконувати усі обов’язки Балансоутримувача/власника за охоронним договором, який є додатком до цього Договору. 3. Відповідно до п.5.8. Методики про порядок розрахунку плати за оренду майна, що належить до комунальної власності Чернівецької міської територіальної громади, яка затверджена Рішенням міської ради VІІІ скликання від 30.11.2021 №584, розмір орендної плати коригується на коефіцієнт 1,1, а саме для суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності, які не зареєстровані у м.Чернівцях (крім визначеної у фіксованому розмірі у пункті 5.10. цієї Методики). 4. Строк оренди: 5 років з врахуванням сезонного використання з 01.09. по 31.05.(нарахування в міжсезонний період становить 1% від встановленої договором орендної плати) та з наступною умовою: в разі якщо орендар впродовж строку дії договору оренди не переможе в закупівлях послуг з організації шкільного харчування, то договір оренди втрачає свою чинність.
