Потенційний орендар повинен додатково надати такі документи: 1)документ, що підтверджує наявність ліцензії на право відпуску препаратів загальної, наркотичної та психотропної групи і прекурсорів; 2)копію … договору, завірену належним чином, на право відпуску медикаментів учасникам ліквідації наслідків аварії на Чорнобильській АЕС 1 та 2 категорії за останні два роки.
