Державне нерухоме майно – частина нежитлового приміщення на 1 поверсі, загальною площею 9,0 кв.м, за адресою: м.Київ, вул.Грушевського, 5, що обліковується на балансі Управління адміністративними будинками Управління справами Апарату Верховної Ради України є пам’яткою культурної спадщини і занесено до Державного реєстру нерухомих пам’яток України як пам’ятка архітектури місцевого значення – будинок Верховної Ради УРСР, отже, затверджено додаткові умови оренди майна, а саме: - будинок, приміщення якого надаються в орендне користування рішенням виконавчого комітету Київської міської ради народних депутатів від 21.01.1986 № 49 (адреса за рішенням – вул.Кірова, 5), охоронний №184; - орендар має право використовувати вказані нежитлові приміщення пам’ятки культурної спадщини виключно відповідно до вимог охоронного договору від 08.09.2017 № 3935, укладеного між органом охорони і уповноваженною особою/ балансоутримувачем; - орендар повинен безперешкодно допускати представників органу охорони культурної спадщини КМДА для здійснення контролю за виконанням правил утримання приміщень пам’ятки та перевірки виконання умов охоронного договору.
