"3-1-336"), що не має окремого входу, розташоване на третьому поверсі п'ятиповерхової адміністративної нежитлової будівлі з підвалом та цоколем. Можливе використання об'єкта за будь-яким цільовим призначенням. Початкова ціна лоту вказана без ПДВ. При укладанні договору оренди на кінцеву ціну лоту буде нараховуватися ПДВ в розмірі 20%.
