1.1. Орендар не має права на викуп орендованого майна.
1.2. Орендар зобов’язаний:
- утримувати в належному технічному стані конструктивні елементи Об’єкта оренди;
- забезпечити дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм встановлених законодавством України для діяльності стоматологічного кабінета;
- забезпечити дотримання протипожежних заходів встановлених законодавством України для діяльності стоматологічного кабінета;
- забезпечити дотримання заходів цивільної безпеки встановлених законодавством України для діяльності стоматологічного кабінета;
- дотримання належних умов утримання та вимог щодо експлуатації майна;
- використання майна для здійснення приватної медичної практики у сфері стоматології;
- забезпечити наявність чинного сертифікату лікаря стоматолога;
- забезпечити дотримання державно-будівельних норм та доступності приміщення для маломобільних груп населення;
- відповідальність за шкоду заподіяну пацієнтові під час надання медичних послуг несе орендар;
- участь орендаря в обслуговуванні прилеглої території пропорційно займаній площі;
- передача майна в суборенду забороняється.
