Продовження договору оренди № 595 від 30.09.2016 нерухомого майна, що належить до комунальної власності, будівлі магазину "Арбат" разом з інженерними мережами та комунікаціями, що є їх невід'ємною частиною, за адресою: Київська область, м. Славутич, Московський квартал, 8, за результатами якого договір оренди може бути продовжений з існуючим орендарем або укладений з новим орендарем. Аукціон відбувається у відповідності до ЗУ № 157-9 та Постанови КМУ № 483. Розмір гарантійного внеску для чинного орендаря - … 36 585,41 грн. Розмір гарантійного внеску для інших учасників аукціону - 66 908,25 грн. Чинний орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди в ході аукціону на продовження договору оренди за умови, що він бере участь у такому аукціоні та зробив закриту цінову пропозицію, яка є не меншою, ніж розмір стартової орендної плати.
