Суми, вул. 20 років Перемоги, 9-а, що перебуває на балансі Обласного комунального закладу Сумська обласна дитячо-юнацька спортивна школа. Цільове призначення об’єкта оренди: (є обмеження у використанні: збереження профілю діяльності … закладу освіти) – майно використовується діючим орендарем з метою проведення тренувань з баскетболу на умовах погодинного використання майна (1 день на тиждень, 1 год. 00 хв.) Графік використання: п'ятниця з 19 год 30 хв. по 20 год. 30 хв. Діючий орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди.
