Нежитлові приміщення передані в орендне користування для розміщення громадської організації на площі, що не використовуються для провадження підприємницької діяльності.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність
