Відповідно до договору про передачу майна територіальної громади міста Києва в оренду від 19.06.2020 № 336/2019, об′єкт перебуває в орендному користуванні фізичної особи - підприємця Дзиговського Валентина Володимировича .
Об’єкт переданий в оренду під розміщення:

Зазначений договір діє до 06.11.2029 року.
Орендна плата за базовий місяць оренди станом на 01.06.2020 року складає 9 951,70 гривень (без ПДВ), орендна плата за кожний наступний місяць визначається шляхом коригування орендної плати за попередній місяць на індекс інфляції за поточний місяць.
Договір оренди зберігає чинність для нового власника приватизованого об’єкта, а в разі якщо покупцем об’єкта є орендар, дія відповідного договору припиняється з дня, за яким об’єкт переходить у його власність.
