Аукціон на продовження договору оренди нежитлового приміщення загальною площею 212,1 кв.м на вул. Пілотській, 117/1 у м. Хмельницькому, за результатами якого договір оренди може бути продовжений з існуючим орендарем або укладений з новим орендарем. Майно може бути використано за будь-яким цільовим призначенням. Розмір гарантійного внеску – 18488,18 грн (для інших учасників, крім існуючого орендаря); Розмір гарантійного внеску – 4622,05 грн (для існуючого орендаря).
