1. Змінити пункт 1.1. розділу 1. «Предмет договору» договору № 23/21ПКД від 01.06.2021р. та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«1.1.Замовник доручає, а Виконавець зобов’язується виконати роботи з розробки проектно-кошторисної документації по об’єкту: «Будівництво футбольного майданчика зі штучним покриттям 42х22 на стадіоні «Україна» м.Українськ» (код ДК 021:2015 71320000-7 Послуги з інженерного проектування) та проходження експертизи робочого проекту з наданням Замовнику разом з проектом позитивного експертного висновку (далі – виконати Роботи).»
