1. Сторони погодили доповнити Розділ IV «Порядок здійснення оплати» Договору пунктом 4.6. наступної редакції:
«4.6. Розрахунки Замовником за поставлений Товар, за цінами встановленими пунктом 3.3. даного Договору, частково будуть здійснюватися за рахунок коштів міського бюджету, на суму 100 000 грн. 00 коп. (сто тисяч гривень 00 коп.)- за Дизельне паливо та на суму 50 000 грн. 00 коп. (п’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 коп.) - за Бензин А-92 (або еквівалент), а всього на загальну суму 150 000 грн. 00 коп. (сто п’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 коп.) відповідними частинами до кінця строку даного Договору, на підставі рішення позачергової двадцять п’ятої сесії Полтавської міської ради сьомого скликання від 12 липня 2019 року про внесення змін до «Програми поводження з тваринами та регулювання чисельності безпритульних тварин у м. Полтава на 2017-2021 роки»».
